Jones' recent LHW career consists of a close fight with tarver I, KTFO in Tarver 2. Run like a girl and fight only in the 5th round Tarver 3. Get KTFO by Glen Johnson. Be unable to stop a retired Trinidad who is way past his best and way too small for 175.

Hopkins.... stopped johnson years ago. Tarver? dominated him with ease. Trinidad? stopped him years ago when trinidad was in far better form. Dominated Pavlik.

All you have to do is look at Calzaghe's back to back fights with them to see Hopkins is on another level compared to todays Roy Jones.

So you have summd up Jones career from his losses to Tarver Johnson and Calzaghe Sad that you only know so little of the man's career ..

The man is comparing what the fighters have done recently, since we're conjecturing on what will happen in April. There's other threads to rave about a prime RJJ in.

Danny Green is a big puncher and just had him caught. Hopkins can't punch big no more. But I can see him knocking out Jones maybe in that latter rounds.

The thread was talking about the upcoming fight and scar was bringing up all of this stuff about Roy's performances over the last 15 years but what is most important in gauging this fight is their recent performances and its plainly obvious that Hopkins is the better fighter today.

    bingo:thumbsup

I'll think whatever the hell I want to think, who the **** are you to tell me to pick another sport because of someone you think too high of?. My thoughts of Nunn remain to myself and if I want to mention them I'll do so whenever I desire. You can continue playing professor guru, maybe someone else will notice.

Yeah I know Jones more and better than the rest of you and I think I proved it in many posts. I also think all Calzaghe fans(7 registered members in total) have no ****ing idea who Jones is.

So you came here and mentioned who RJJ fought recently, thanks a lot sir, I was very lost and desperately seeking information I couldn't find despite hours and hours of online AND offline research.

Jokes aside. RJJ's recent light heavyweight career, just the recent, competes with Calzaghe's entire career. Let's not go back to RJJ's prime and his resume there because not only will he **** on Calzaghe, he will educate just a few of the drunken obese community what "all time great" really means.

Because he's one of the worst trash talkers I have ever seen, I don't even find him funny at all because 90% of what he says he DOESN'T back up. Just look up ANY random video of this Bridgestone tire and see him call out nearly all active boxers in all divisions only to end up fighting one of the part time taxi drivers he constantly made fun of. I don't want to go through the Klitschko stuff because that would instantly get the three Toney fans on this site to get their periods again. He called those guys SO many times yet never did so officially, just clowned around before hitting the buffet for a few bored journalists. It's the Klitschkos that constantly contacted him and he was the first to shamelessly run.

Jones is scared to take a punch. He has a very fragile Glass Jaw. Hopkins knows this and is going to walk Roy down and KO him in brutal fashion Glen Johnson style.

You are all over the place. Where did anyone say anything about calzaghe's legacy vs jones? You are bringing up all kinds of **** in your replies that have nothing to do with what the person is talking about. I correct you on it and you do it all over again:nut

if trinidad and de la hoya can last long against hopkins, I think people overestimating hopkins power. When the last time you saw him floored an opponent ??

In his last 10 bouts hopkins only won 1 by KO and it was against de la hoya, he won the other 6 by decision and losses 3. Fair enough, he's better than Jones in last 5 years but he's nowhere as scary as his nick
