Dude, seriously....weights. When I fought I was 6'4 and 165, even up the start of this year, as late as March really I was in the low 170s...started lifting harder and doing supplements and I'm in the 190s now. **** works. And I'm the same age as you and have a fast metabolism, that **** should begin slowing down on you by this point.

If you really don't want to eat any more then it has to be weight gain supplements. Whole milk too. :good

Hahaha, dude i just cant eat anymore. I've been taking vitamins and stuff to increase my appetite and i eat >4x a day. Anyways, thnx once again for helping, at least you read the thread, and do not try to convince me to start lifting. Do you compete, if so what category and what works with when you need to bulk. That is if you're not a pro and actually need to cut before bouts :)

If you can't eat more calories, drink more calories. How many calories are you taking in exactly?

Man, i am ona 3000kcal diet. It's 700 above my calculated BMR. I guess it doesnt take my ultra-fast metabolism into account.

Does that take into account your high activity level as well? Everyone I have come across that isn't gaining weight and says they are eating enough, isn't.

You need to keep a strict food journal and an exact workout and time journal for one week and then run the numbers to see what you need.

For your 1/2 gallon of milk a day what type? For you, the fattier the better non of that skim milk or 1/2% stuff.

Even with your basic workout 3000 calories isn't enough for much weight gain, if any.

I don't get why people use the "ultra-fast" metabolism excuse. If you're not consuming enough calories you won't gain weight. Eat more. Simple as.

3000kcal isn't a great deal. Eat a chocolate bar/burger/ice-cream/milkshake or whatever if you're struggling to get the calories in.

Try and get over the 'my metabolisms are super' bandwagon. People tend to overestimate how much they eat. When I was bodybuilding, I would eat until I was totally full, then wait an hour and have an extra meal, then magically I gained some weight. You are doing a lot of cardio, try adding some raw eggs, yogurt, and peanut butter to a protein shake, it will be easier to ingest.
