last night I only got aroun 4 hours sleep as I stayed up to finish by college assignment that was in for today! I'll start earlier next time!
I have already skipped my max strength workout and I have to go training at the boxing gym. I am probably sparring and I'm exhausted, any tips? I was considering trying caffeine tablets, the session is only 1.5 hours, would it be ok.
I really cannot afford to skip tonight!!!

You can afford to skip training tonight rest is always more important than training when your tired. You need to be able to concentrate and focus while trying to develop muscle memory or increase anaerobic or aerobic capacity. If i was you i would have a early night tonight and work twice as hard tomorrow. Basically there is no point in training when your exhausted as joe said you switch off. You can get hurt and you dont train to you full potential, your body will take longer to recover and you will still feel tired the next day.

Working out with low energy is likely to suck the muscles out of you. Unless your trying to lose a lot of weight, not something you should do often.
