just found out that my opponent is scared to fight, however he's shorter than me and stalky. How do I fight against smaller fighter who can brawl.
Firstly if he's scared, intimidate him. Stare him down when you first see him, threaten him, make yourself look big and tall. Threaten his mother. Then, stay at range. Use your jab, long 1-2, turn. Clinch when he comes inside. Just pick him off and spin whenever he tries to attack. Raise your arms as the winner.

my tip for shorter guys as long as you have longer arms is simple let them get close place your glove on there shoudler or elbow and spin your self away from them. ( this could be what they mean by spinning i dont know the technical term for this
got hit by a small jab that hit in such a way it damaged my right eye making me see double and so i backed up to asses to damage upon realizing the eye could be seriously damaged i took a knee so i could be counted out
