wut i do is sprint to the first one jog back then sprint to the second one but walk only up to the 1st pole then jog back then sprint to the first one jog back then sprint to the second one then walk to the 1st one then jog back got it.:good
Oh yeah nothing like nasty to faliure sprints where your out there laying in a football field because you have nothing left in your body but you know it will make you better once you recover. Agian just like im lucky to have a football field behind my house I also have plenty of hills around on my long running route and I always sprint up them.
thats exactly what I did - I sprint in this huge park near the city centre of swansea - and afterwards I just collapsed in the field and lay there for 10 minutes ****ed up but then you know a nice rest to recover and you will come back even fitter
Yeah doing that always reminded me of my drunking days id collapse in a field weak and tired. I dont mind it though until folks walk up asking me if im ok. I appreciate it but damn it ruins my little rest period cause they just stand there watching until I get up and leave.
