Can anybody tell me what is the best way to get in the rhythm of the jump rope alternating feet and tricks like the pro boxers do? (Floyd Mayweather is insane with the jump rope)

Is there any point to jumping like that though? I'm not saying it's stupid to learn that stuff but it just seems like it is only meant to be pretty and flashy, but nothing other than that really.
dont you wanna look pretty and flashy in the ring skippings about co-ordination and stamina and although it looks like hes showing off when he does 6 3min rounds of it hes fked so it must improve your fitness like
I'm not saying jumping isn't good, I love jumping rope. But does doing is doing it flashy like that any different than just jumping regular?
