Help out Steve Bunce and boxing in general

So you don't like him because he isn't confronting people every week? How many other boxing journo's do? I've never seen Larry Merchant asking Don King about this kind of stuff.

Who would you rather have on British and Irish telly to present us with boxing news? Or would you rather we just didn't have anything?

 

Rather have nothing than Steve Bunce who calls Don King a genius and Frank Warren "a great business man". Not only does he not confront them, he idolizes them, Larry Merchant may be an ancient mummy, but he would never start quoting Don King and Frank Warren to show off his knowledge.

Too many brave boxers, you know what a boxer is don't you? the guys actually IN THE RING GIVING US THE FIGHTS, RISKING THEIR LIVES have been ruined by these *******s, I have no time for a man who supports and is friends with them.

 

the fact of the matter is Frank Warren is a great business man.i dont like him but he started with nothing and has become one of the top promoters in the world

 

A great businessman who has made millions off the backs of boxers he has ruined.

Ive got a Don King quote, to Gerald McClellan in his hospital bed: You quit like a dog.

Nice one Don, should have tried beating McClellan to death in his prime, we'd see who would come out as the dog.

Warren and King brought McClellan over to "teach Benn a much needed lesson", and ruined both men that night. Great for boxing these guys.

 

atsch I guess there's no pleasing some people. The guy is the only television presenter who gives a **** about boxing and does his absolute best in trying to bring British and Irish boxing fans what they want, but because he doesn't call Frank Warren a **** to his face (Which means he idolises him apparently :roll you think he shouldnt be on tv.

Boxing fans should bitter to what these ****s have done to the fighters. **** the sport in general, care about the fighters, then you'll be a fan.

Then you and Clinton can go in there and rant about how Buncey is bad for boxing cause he doesn't twat Frank Warren every time he sees him. Its not about supporting King its about getting him to lend his name to the campaign which he did.

like it or not we need the support of casual fans maybe they will take notice if they see don kings name attached to the campaign.

He was on the simpsons when it was popular for **** sake!

 

You get Don King involved then a lot of people are going home with empty pockets, and his daughter will get paid more than the fighters, true story.

P.S - I'm pretty confident i know more about boxing than you.

P.P.S - Ned ****er? Does that mean I am a ****er who is a ned or a person who ****s neds? I'm quite partial to the occasional wee ned bird, they usually shave downstairs and aren't averse to taking it up the tradesman.

 

Pretty positive you don't no more about boxing than me regarding the art itself, the movements, styles and techniques, or boxing in general regarding fighters and past fights.
