This makes me a bit sad. I was gonna drop it but I should speak on this.

You've had enough interaction with me to have a feel for my character. Have I ever shown any interest in anything more than my interest in research? I literally inspired a research team here....I feel like my motivations are crystal clear. We are friendly because you are friendly with your information not because I came here to make friends. We bonded over finding and talking about new information no one else is or at least was talking about. I'm not saying this to be mean but bubba we are not friends or at least friendly because we like one another. We have not even interacted on that level...as just fellas hanging out and having a laugh. We are friends, I consider you my friend anyway, because we have a common goal we help one another achieve.

Mcvey is antagonistic with me. He will only allude to what I've missed until I call him names. Then like magic or some such he has quotes and authors for me. Me not being here to make friends and not being a little kid... if that is how I have to treat the man to get him to post something worth the time it takes to read then that is what I will do.

He was not trying to help me in any regard, he is fully aware of the existence of my list and he is in no way confused about how that was cobbled together. He's poked fun at me for it in fact.

Or....do you really expect me to believe he believes I typed these names without ever finding CBZ? c'mon...Bits. Even if you've paid no attention to Mcvey and I interacting prior you have to realize even on the surface of things there is no way he really believes I missed CBZ.

Mcvey wants me gone and he thinks he's clever. There's a little bit of culture clash but mostly I just see him as feminine. Wants to be flippant until I show him some mettle then when bitching, whining, and crying, he might actually make a point. We went on like this until he had the clever idea to prompt me then report me. Because to Mcvey that was a clever thing to do not a feminine thing to do. Conveniently McVey only took to reporting me after I pointed out to him he does actually give me the information I want sometimes I just have to call him names to get it.

I don't even actually dislike him. I just can't get the guy to say anything of any value out of him any other way.

Plus, It isn't as if when you first came to me I was anything but helpful. I told you what I know, where I know to look, and what my limits are. I held nothing from you or anyone else on this forum and have never acted like anyone, including Mcvey, doesn't know as much as I do. Even when it was clear you were just starting I showed you equal respect and treated you as my equal. Why on earth would I be so disrespectful to McVey, who clearly knows just a ton, if I felt like there was another way to his information? I just want the man to explain and insults is how I get it done.

Go on and ask him how Adam Pollock supersedes Russian historians talking about Russian history. I can't. If I ask that question I get ignored. If I batter him with insults over that question I might maybe get a response, maybe, then again he might just report me within minutes of a post again.

Hell, I may get reported for this.

Either way, yes I do see McVey as a tinkerbell and no I can't say there is any love loss, but, that doesn't mean I don't want to know what he knows or that I can't just stay out of his way. It is my thread he chose to bring this to. I wasn't speaking on anything to do with anything McVey was doing. He went out of his way to find me. He posted his same surface level bull**** at me, then he went and cried about it. It's not me harassing or continuing on. I don't look for or speak in McVey's boring ass fan fiction threads.

Anytime McVey actually wants me to stop talking to him or about him he can stop clicking on my threads and talking to me or about me. Anytime he wants to actually share information with me without being insulted he can show me some respect even if he doesn't believe I know much of anything.....you know....like I did you, bud.
