Help sort my workout diet

    I joined a gym in the summer,i have put on a bit of muscle,pecs are much bigger,was a 32 inch waist,now im a 30 inch

    I was wondering would anyone be able to give me advice or tips on what to eat,i work out 5 days a week,i IBench,do chin ups,free weights,press ups,sit ups,boxing on the bag..

    I want to get a little bit bigger and more muscle tone on my stomach..

    At the moment my meal plan is
    Breakfast,Tea and brown bread toast
    Lunch Can of tuna fish and *******s and cheese
    Dinner is different everyday,usualy involves chicken,veg and potatoes
    Gym
    After gym i have some more chicken or beans
    Snack,apple or bannana

    It all depend's what you are doing at the gym ?? gym rountie ?
