Right now im just eating green vegetables, fruit, and things high in protein(like tuna fish), drinking milk, tea, water, and diet soda every now and than.. What exactly should i be eating for dinner and such, and what are some vegetables or fruits that are especially good. I am 5'5 132 and want to get down to about 120, im about an average build, not at all fat, but im not tight either.
eat all vegetable not just green. eat alot of different meats. alot of fruits. stop the diet soda. regular sodaa is better for u. but try not to drink any. for dinner eat meat, pasta, and a salad or something. BTW pastaa shoud be whole wheat. try and eat 6-7 meals a day. and lots of dairy.
