Hi Ive asked this question before but i never got a reply and i really need some help. Would someone be able to send me over a diet plan for boxing or give me some advice, something i could keep up day to day to help with weight loss but also maintaining my energy when i train. I train 4 - 5 times a week with sparring on wednesdays. I have some sort of idea but not a great lot. Any help would be greatly appriciated

Nobody can tell you that... it's different for EVERY person. Educate yourself and learn what you need.
