Youre confusing the names buddy Hendo mauls Shields on the ground. Shields doesn't pose much of athreat to Dan. Which again, doesn't detract from Shields as a fighter - he's just against a much stronger man with a skillset that completely negates his.
Sheilds would not get mauled on the ground at all. Hell Sheilds controled Miller almost, not as well but almost as well as Jacare, did. If you think Sheilds is going to get mauled you should watch more of his fights. :good
Yep 'almost controlling Jason Miller' is such a good indication of how he would do against Dan Henderson :rofl
Your just not getting it. Don't see why its hard. Sheilds has proven himself enough on the ground for me to feel more than confortable saying that he would not get "mauled", didn't say he would win or get the better of Henderson on the ground. Hell I never even said Henderson would not beat Sheilds on the ground. But Sheilds will not get mauled. Henderson is not some machine he is a straight forward guy, good power in his hands and a extemly good wrestler. Jump off his nuts.
Whatever sunshine. You need to actually provide some sort of argument other than just being a dick, and jumping all over Dan's balls, like you always do. Read comprehend: Hendo wins anywhere. Sheilds gets KTFO on his feet. Sheilds is adept enough not to get "mauled" on the ground. Hendo is also better on the ground than him and would win there.
Don't like Shields chances in this one. Wherever it goes he will very likely be at a disadvantage. His only chance is a submission and that's slim. Only the very best sub Hendo. Hendo by KO.
Shields wouldn't get mauled on the ground, slowly grinder out, but not mauled. The fight will probably look like Hendo vs Toquinho Palhares; Hendo stopping the takedowns and fighting smart. The difference is shields isn't as strong, doesn't have as good of takedowns as Toquinho, and his submissions aren't as quick. As long as Hendo fights smart he should handle it pretty well.
