    Macklin is the smallest ticket seller on out of him, Froch and Barker. He could do Wembley Arena which is 12,500

    no more than 5k from what I remember. I would imagine both are getting well paid.

    This time Macklin is getting the 60% share as well.

    Barker and Froch bigger ticket sellers than Macklin.

    the chances of Warren letting you fight on another promoters cards are slim to none, but if you want it frankie why not make a press release and call him out and say you will fight him on this promoters show.

    your next fight should be a British title eliminator to force there hand.

    That would be great but no way will Fat Fwankie(alledgedly)let you fight on a Hennessy bill.

    Macklin's fought on the same promoters shows for 2 fights so it was only right that he moved on.

    This fight has been on and off for such a long time, was main draw for getting tickets for the Magnificent Seven, so looking forward to a Hennessey bonanza.

    Wonder what television Mick can sort out? Be good if he can get Daws v Theopane and O'Donnell v Watson on the box! Would Like to see both of them!!!

    Macklin already looking for a way out.

    @danrafaelespn Two opponents names being tossed around for the Winkster: Matthew Mackin (interesting fight) and Giovanni Lorenzo (not so much).

    i think macklin has shown in his last couple of fights that he not really as good as we were led to believe. i said before that barker would out box him if they managed to get them into the same ring.

    imo i think warren will push through a world title shot for macklin to see if he can steal a title and get something back from macklin before he is exposed again.

    I wouldn't say ducking but as I have said previously both fighters want the fight but on there terms (i.e in there home town on there promoters show)

    Wright is probably a higher purse though.


    Mahir Oral would take Macklins place.

    And Barker looked supreme in his last fight?

    Barker needs Macklin more than Macklin needs Barker.

    If a world title shot comes along for Macklin before the Barker fight then he should drop Darren like a hot bowl of jeeled eels. If it doesnt then I was enjoy Macklin knocking the chinny Barker out.
