So its official C5 are not showing anymore boxing.

What happens to Tyson Furys fight on the 20th April?

We have an Olympic gold medalist who's career is going nowhere at the moment, and love him or hate chunky that cant be right. So does Hennesy go cap in hand to Boxnation? I get the feeling Frank only wants his own fighters on there, (except price). Where else can he go now? Primetime? They will only pay peanuts.

Surely he must have had an idea, knew it was coming when Degales show was cancelled. Massive shame.

    More questions than answers.

My opinion is that BoxNation would love to get Tyson Fury on the channel

Why can't free TV ever stick with boxing these days?

Would be a good way for BoxNation to boost its domestic talent if they could do a deal for a few shows a year.

Other than that, would Hennessy work with Hearn?

Eddie Hearn would love a heavyweight like Fury, but I doubt Sky would.

    BoxNation a good fit

@mattbowes80 @hammerman1300 Hi, deal fell through :( But if anything changes will let you know. Boxing has been popular in the past.

Bad news really, Fury was about to become a big star on free tv.

I would be very surprised if Fury signed with Hearn.

Fury will stay with Mick. I'm sure BoxNation will make an offer, it all will depend on Mick accepting it. Mick will likely consider Primetime.

I was under the impression that there was some sort of business link between Channel 5 and Primetime? I could be wrong about that.

He can consider it all he wants, who the **** is going to purchase Fury/Cunningham?

And if they show it free to air then they'll be paid peanuts.

Its not good that the Fury card clashes with the Hearn card and the Frank attempt as well.

said the other day Fury will base himself in the US.

If DeGale & Eubank were smart there deals would be dependent on Hennesey having a TV deal. DeGale to Sauerland/Goldenboy, Eubank Jnr to Matchroom.

I would be shocked if a large part of Furys purse wasn't coming from UK TV.

So it's official is it? Looks like rob was right. Again. He's on a bit of a roll at the moment, bringing all the exclusives to ESB. :yep
