    I don't understand the premise for this post. Henry Armstrong DID win the featherweight title. Are you trying to re-write history or what?? Also, if you are rating a fighter by his P4P skills, what does it matter what titles he won? The criterion should be the fighters he defeated and the stages of their careers they were at when he defeated them, not the titles he accumulated. The titles a fighter won has very little to do with his actual skills. I think a person judging P4P needs to look beyond the fluff and evaluate talent.
