The weight favors Luis I think - Henry's best is likely at least a weight class lighter....
But I think I see stylistically the match favors Armstrong - soooo. I will pick Hank by points and not by homicide :)

As said by Vockerman, the weight favours Rodriguez. However, I find Rodriguez quite underrated even on here, and he was good enough to compete and endure at even higher weights.

I see him by decision here.

Disagree. THE ONLY WELTER IN HISTORY SINCE HOMICIDE HANK WAS CHAMPION WHO I WOULD PICK OVER HIM IS ROBINSON. AND EVEN THAT FIGHT IS A TOSSUP. ARMSTRONG TOP 5 EVER FIGHTERS ANY WEIGHT. MAYBE NO. 1. AND I LOVE RODRIGUEZ. HE BEATS LEONARD BENITEZ AND HEARNS IN MY MIND. I LIKE HIM MAYBE OVER NAPOLES. ARMSTRONG JUST BLITZKRIEGS GUYS. LIKE A WET BLANKET ON THEM.

Gotta go with Rodriguez on points in a great match up despite Hank being a greater fighter overall. Rodriguez had great mobility, underrated power and a 74 inch reach.

    Cheers All.

Rodriguez by decision. Size, mobility, speed. He has the answers for Hurricane Hank.

Armstrong was an absolute beast. At his best he's no way losing to Rodriguez.

He's a top 5 P4P staple. It's impossible to overate him. That said, he peaked at 135/140 ish, Rodriguez has the goods to keep Armstrong off himself at 147.
