The weight favors Luis I think - Henry's best is likely at least a weight class lighter.... But I think I see stylistically the match favors Armstrong - soooo. I will pick Hank by points and not by homicide
As said by Vockerman, the weight favours Rodriguez. However, I find Rodriguez quite underrated even on here, and he was good enough to compete and endure at even higher weights. I see him by decision here.

Gotta go with Rodriguez on points in a great match up despite Hank being a greater fighter overall. Rodriguez had great mobility, underrated power and a 74 inch reach. Cheers All.
He's a top 5 P4P staple. It's impossible to overate him. That said, he peaked at 135/140 ish, Rodriguez has the goods to keep Armstrong off himself at 147.
