    When he won the Undisputed Featherweight Championship, Hank was 124lbs and KO'D 126lbs Petey Sarron

    Naseem against his best opponents (Kelley, Medina etc) weighed 126lbs consistently too

    Taking these facts into account, who would win?

    Hank catches up with Hamed just after halfway and the fight is stopped. Armstrong too strong and fast Hamed is competitive for the first six minutes or so.
