No, that he'd win. That goes without saying. Cooper had one good moment at the top level, he was pretty much a European level fighter. Which okay, was more meaningful in that era compared to today where anyone can be Euro champion, but still, I'd expect somebody with the speed and power of Haye to hammer him.
