lol, he wants fighters to take a beating like Michael Walker! He basically took on almost a 1minute brutal assault by Fernando Guerrero till the ref decided to wave him off lol. When i saw this on tv, i got real scared for Walker after 25seconds in...

I thought it was too soon myself but I still give Molina a lot of credit for what he accomplished. I thought Bernabe was stopped too soon this weekend too but I can understand both stoppages and the winners both accomplished a lot. At the same time Bernabe and Lundy showed something too.

If you're getting scared watching boxing, maybe tennis is for you.

This is a BRUTAL sport, and it should be. Squeamish refs RUIN what makes boxing great!

I'd say that the fact that he took multiple hard punches without returning, and then took more, then SAT DOWN on the ropes and had his head collapse forward...that's indicative of what they call 'being out on your feet.' Which means that if the fight hadn't been stopped he would have sat there continuing to take punches, having his head snapped around like an idiot, etc. Not to say he wouldn't have deserved it, but it's the ref's job to keep the dude alive, and if he's not in a position to defend himself then by all means, stop the ****in fight.

Dude, you are clearly a ****ing ******* who just sits in front of the tv all night whacking it to sweaty dudes being beaten into ******ation.

Why don't you get into the ring and give the fans what they want yourself?

No complaining when the ref saves your dumbass life as you hang on the ropes thinking you're chillin poolside drinking margaritas while all the while some other dude is beating your brains out your eye sockets while your trainers and family are screaming at the ref to stop the fight before you go into a ****ing coma.

    But I guess that's boxing.

No, that's his nickname, and "Hammerin Hank" is his ring name. His name is Henry Lundy.

    Hank is "short" for Henry.

The same was Jack is "short" for John.

Bingo. And we need some fans who are like those in the old days, who want to see fights go to their natural conclusion! And get pissed off when refs rob them of this!

If I watch that fight over and over again, I start believing the end is inevitable.

    We will never know.

I would have enjoyed watching him get punched a few more times.

The ref might have been able to hear the low frequency content of the punch, and knew Lundy has started taking some hard flush shots.
