Here goes Seagal demonstrating aikido on a show, pretty interesting

Wow! Seagal had no stamina before he was fat as ****.

This is all pre-determined, I'd like to see how he'd use this effectively against someone not telling him what he was going to do next. Or indeed being told what to do.

Is it fairly useful? Yeah, some of the knife defence was old ju-jutsu stuff. But I still think Seagal is more of a joke than a legit' 'tough guy'.

Sorry mate. Apart from 'Under Siege' 1 and 'Hard To Kill' I'm not much of a fan
