    it is not speculation

testoesterone vs epitestoerone in naturally occuring form has an average ration in black males of 1.3/1

the test that usada gives floyd is based on an assumption that as long as the ratio threshold is below 4, then he passes...but this is a primitive test bc athletes learn how to beat it, ie lance armstrong who beat it

the writer has accused USADA of not properly administering testing protocol...

if the fighter comes in with a ratio that low is bc you can use more Epitestorone to bring the ratio back in line, however this ratio does not determine if the homrones are naturally occuring or synthetic.

so when this happens, USADA has the obligation to adminster a CIR test which then differentiates synthetic vs natural homrones, not just based on a ratio. USADA did not administer this test and therefore failed in its due diligence.

THE TEST RESULT IS ON THE PAGE

also, the contract with manny is also linked which showed that floyd attempted to get approval for medical use in the doping contract. however, the medical reasons for usage where never submitted to nevada state atheltic commission, which NSAC confirmed they didnt recieve it until three weeks later. the onus is on floyd to submit medical documents...

USADA said they were told by about the IV solution and granted the medical exceptoin but where are the medical documents. NSAC stated there is strict protocol for this

the author then factually explains how USADA is paid exponentially more than VADA.

the auther explians how the Eric morales tests were *****d to allow for the fight continue.

this is all facts, not a journalistic article dude

It's damming . red flags. Low testosterone lvls. The tue that is passed retrospectively.

    Very damming.

How can he test positive when usada is in bed with him.

And in there lies the problem.

no, floyd has to explain why his T/E ratio was low

and submit medical documents for his reasons for the IV

the fighter has responsibility not the organization

The more I hear about this the less convinced I get, the rehydration/masking debate we'll never know the answer to.

But from the articles you have the same rumors he published about old failed test that no reputable reporter would cosign.

You have an IV filled with non illegal substances that the testing agency was told about.
USADA testing him before and after the IV thing.

And the NVSC saying what he did wasn't illegal, they don't think he's cheating they're just mad at how it was handled by USADA

All that equals up to nothing really,we'll see how this unfolds but the damage is done. It's plenty of people who don't like Mayweather they can take whatever samples of his and test them through any agency in the world and be clean, an plenty of people would label him a cheater.

That's the thing about playing the villain whether your right or wrong you're gonna take heat for it.

Anyone who doesn't follow this is a deliberately obtuse fan boy with zero interest in genuine debate. They are just rationalizing blind hero worship. Nothing more.

"we do not beleive floyd cheated. But we are upset with the way USADA handled the situation."

this is not about being a villain, this is bc he did not following testing protocol..

his own behaviour has made him look like a cheater.......

therefore now he has to defend himself. had he followed testing protocol, there would be no article but rather he would be commended for exemplary behaviour

why does an athlete need to use the IV to rehydrate when the it is cleary documented that IV are not necessary for rehydration and that other athletes use it for hiding PEDs. The masking issue is why it is illegal. Floyd broke the rules and we are trying to get to the bottom of it, it begins and ends there..

NSAC showing support for floyd doesn't prove his innocence in regards to the accusations made

without a proper investigation, we will not know

NSAC clearly has problems with the way USADA handled the situation. But they also very clearly have no problem with Floyd and believe he did no wrong doing.

Ill remind you, after floyd submitted his TUE is was USADA responsibility to forward the information to NSAC. The fact that they DIDNT is the problem here.

Long story short, don't count on a no contest. Just count on a rematch, which will do more buys and more views this time around. Trust me :smoke

Wait you mean nsac the same organization that relies on floyd's tax money... the same one who didn't investigate the appearant drug use pot on video and the same ones who turned a blind eye to his illegal gym where they were not liscenced and the illegal dog house fights that Floyd is now being sued for.... you don't say....
