Im not an Oscar fan so Im just stating facts:
1) Tito is Fat and has nothing left
2) Oscar dont need tito, he makes more in 1 fight than tito did in his career.
3) I agree with you on the Oscar V Pac thing cause im a Margo fan LOL

 

I agreee with this. However, the last 3 rounds cost him that fight. He hardly did any boxing like he did in the rest of the fight. He just simply moved and threw half ass punches. Round 12 was a track meet. He had no intention of fighting in that round. I scored it 6-5-1 for Tito. Hoya could've easily won this fight.

I thought Tito definately won round 2

 

I was dissapointed with both fighters in the fight. They both fought like ****. Trinidad coudnt get his offense going and would continue to follow DLH around. DLH box smart but gassed late like he has his whole career. Not one of the better efforts from both fighters.

 

The differences among mine were that I gave rounds 2 and 5 to DLH, and round 8 to Trinidad.

Trinidad landed 166 on Compubox, not 116. Trinidad couldn't land negative 8 jabs.
A CompuBox punch analysis credited De La Hoya with landing 263 of 648 punches, while Trinidad connected on 166 of 462.

Of the punches De La Hoya landed, 143 of them were jabs, while Trinidad was credited with landing only 42 jabs.

Reggie I'm a Tito fan and I like Oscar to a certain degree but you can't actually believe Oscar only won five rounds in this fight, that's propaganda my dude, I thought Oscar won it but if a person feel this fight could have been a draw you would have to be reaching for Tito.

Watch the fight again and tell me which rounds I scored for Tito were clearly Oscar rounds. Not one of the judges or Lederman scored the fight for Oscar. I don't know how my scorecard is propoganda when Tito did in fact win the fight.

 

Agreed. This fight was compared to Hearns-Leonard at welterweight, but that brought out the best of each other. It showed Hearns's guts and great outside boxing ability, and Leonard's terrific ability to adjust and outbrawl one of the hardest punchers in the history of the WW division.

It's not that Tito and DLH weren't terrific fighters, but their just just highlighted their weaknesses. Trinidad's often poor, plodding footwork and suspectibility to the jab and straight right hand. DLH's inconsistent stamina. And it didn't create the sort of drama of fights like Leonard-Hearns, which honestly, wasn't the most action-filled fight either.
