Reg you don't know how to score a fight which I have come to learn I'll just leave it at that.

I don't see how Round one was even. Yes merchant scored it even, but DLH caught everything on the gloves plus he landed two combinations.

Round 2 Trinidad landed one good hook,a nd one partially bloacked left hook. Trinidad ate jabs throughout the round, got his nose busted and for those two left hooks he landed on DLH, DLH landed a nice combo and two right hands.

    DLH's rounds.

I don't know how to score a fight, yet two professional judges agreed with me in this fight. I find it hilarious that people at home claim to know more about scoring fights than actual professionals who are trained to do this for a living. Benny, boxing is a very subjective sport. Unless you can name me 6 rounds that Oscar clearly won, I don't know how you can question my scorecard and tell me I don't know how to score a fight.

I respect you and all. But if you are using that argument then you are either new to boxing or very gullible.

No thats not how I judge fights 'Pendejo' I'm just sayin I'm not going to argue with the outcome.
Felix fought his heart out, from start to finish, Oscar looked like he didn't want no more in the end. Felix wanted it more! Round by Round Oscar won, the way a fight outcome should be determined! But I'm not going to argue about the outcome, sorry.
Main reason I'm not going to argue ,is DLH looked like shameful panzy running in the end. I'll let you argue the point DLH won, "entiendes guay?"

Stop getting mad ***. How do you know who wanted it more. Oscar boxed his ears off, and as a result was very fatigued. So he coasted the last round.

So you judge fights based on who LOOKS like they want it more, even if the other guys lost the fight???

    get real!

UliUli, I've been watching the sport since I was a little kid and I'm hardly guilible. I'm using basic common sense. Judges are paid professionals. They are trained how to do this, and they've judged hundreds of fights over several years. They are sitting ringside and pay very close attention to the fight. I'm not going to sit here and say that I agree 100% with their scoring. At the same time, I realize that they are sometimes seeing an entrirely different fight than someone sitting at home. You can't simply dismiss their scorecards.

So do you believe that Julio Cesar Chavez vs Pernell Whitaker was a draw?

The reason it looks like Felix wanted it more is because he knew he needed a knockout to win. Oscar was trying to let the bull gas out, knowing Tito had nothing to loose at the final stage. At the end of the fight Tito thinks he lost. As they are about the read the decision Tito keeps screaming into the camera as if to defend himself, "Yo gane, Yo gane!" The reason is, he lost. Why else would he be arguing the point before the scorecards and decision were read?

Honestly, I haven't I've never seen the entire fight. Regardless, that hardly proves your argument. Even if they got that fight wrong, that doesn't mean that all judges scorecards should be dismissed.

    Tito: 4,11,12

Watch the fight and debate me over the rounds you disagree with.

I agree. But it does mean that scorecards have, can, and will continue to be questionable. Boxing is corrupt.

I'll tell you this; What does the JCC vs Whitaker fight have in common with DLH vs Tito? Answer: Don King.

DK was in his promoting prime for those two fights and had alot of power. Everyone knew it.

I just watched the fight. And it's useless for me to sit here and debate when the scoring is so subjective. I scored the fight for Tito, but I have no problem with anyone who scored the fight for Hoya. Many of the rounds were pretty close besides rounds 6-9.
