Why would he not have issues with this...who is going to be the Pinoy that reports Manny is doping? They look at him like a God, I mean grown men are crying during fights, it's sad really. At this point, I don't give a ****, it's pretty obvious Manny/Arum/whoever aren't serious about making the fight happen.

"Arum however said that If the fight is going to happen these issues (of income split and random drug tests) have to be talked about in private. The more we go public the more each side gets put into a corner and less likely the fight is to happen. That was a mistake that was made the last time. It went downhill and I don’t want that to happen again. ”

Even if he was doping im pretty sure they wouldnt do it for that fight anyway then. But how should they do it then if usada doesnt test outside the Us and pac wants to train in the philipines?

Im tired of the subject to be honest, I just wish they sit down for once get the job done and make this fight, not 1000 statements contradicting each other and in the end no fight. I really believe that if they want to it will happen. Time to just get it over with, this is the last time I will care though, if it doesnt happen after marquez and ortiz they can all **** off.

so you agree with floyd sr. that floyd should make another demand that pac should train only in America for his fight?

Has Arum talked to anyone about this? It sounds like it could work as long as the different agencies are in agreement.

bob arum said the samething last year saying there are no issues but now they don't trust usada.

    * Arum lifts his own gag order; declares there are no longer any issues and the decision is up to Mayweather.

Deciding to lift his own gag order, Bob Arum speaks to a number of different media outlets and declares that there are no longer any "issues" standing in the way, suggesting that both sides have come to an agreement on all terms, and the decision now rests with Mayweather as to whether or not he wants to fight this year. "That's all been resolved," Arum stated to Kevin Iole of Yahoo! Sports regarding the dispute over random blood and urine drug testing. "It may be that Floyd wants to fight in May [2011], in which case [Pacquiao will] fight [another opponent] in November and fight him in May. I am not going to talk about the specifics of the negotiations. You have my statement that there are no real issues that I can see, except whether he wants to fight now or later or not at all." Arum would also tell the Las Vegas Review Journal,"There's no longer any issues...The question is whether Mayweather is willing to fight this year." He would reiterate that comment to the Manila Bulletin, stating, "It's now up to Mayweather if he wants to fight."

Remember when Floyd and Pac both got random tested by NSAC during the first negotiation? FLoyd was tested here in the states and Pac's specimen was sent to Malaysia. Most likely this is what's going to happen when Floyd finally finds his balls to fight Pac.

Maybe they'll do Pac's entire training camp overseas so they don't have to use USADA... Because it's far more likely USADA will cheat for Mayweather than the agency in Pac's homeland will cheat in for him.
