You moron! If there was no signed contract, there wouldn't be any tickets. By Law, the commission has to issue a permit before they can sell tickets and for that to happen they have to get the signed contracts from each fighter.

What a bunch nonsense this thread is, Everyone here are jumping on the old mans case. Of course there are No Issues, how the fuk can there be any issues, when there is no fuk'n negotiations. The man is a freak'n Lawyer. Pay close attention to the words he uses.

I won't say you r are lying or wrong, simply because I don't know. But the way these little floyd fanboys work here, there HAS to be an article already on the internet, or a direct quote from Floyd before they believe anything. But rumors on arum or pac, they run wild with it. :patsch

Arum: We want WADA to do the testing. The USADA is not neutral.

*******s: Arum is right. The USADA will be paid by Mayweather to slip Pac PEDS.

WADA: The USADA should do the testing, as we dont actually do testing ourselves.

    *******s: (*Crickets)

Pac has not signed the contract yet, this has been widely reported. Even Arum said the deal has not been completed on Pac's end.

All Pac's contracts are currently under review dating back to 2005. It was reported that he is not satisfied with his 20 mil guarantee for the JMM fight.

Arum is just stating the obvious. USADA doesn't work outside the US. So Pacquiao won't be gettign tested under them for a good portion of his training, assuming Mayweatehr agrees. As long as it's a WADA approved company handling it, I don't see why it should matter.

The way I see it if Arum says there are no issues and they agree to random blood tests, it's up to Floyd now. I'm just waiting hear some bull**** about Pac having to train inside the US or something like that.

The USADA would work with whatever WADA approved agency exists in Pac's company, they stated this clearly in an interview.

Since the fight will take place in the US, the USADA would have to have some jurisdiction over the testing with the Filipino WADA agency.

Once Pac comes to the US, the USADA would assume full jurisdiction on the testing.
