I just can't see this happening. Like for real? This feels like it might be trolling. Also, it's not like Mayweather to spring a fight with only 2-3 months to promote and stage. Then, neither of them is going to draw like they used to with both over forty. Some people will watch, but I can't see this doing any big business.

Not shocking but still impressive if Floyd can be inactive for over a year and then take a shorter camp (under three months).

The guy is always in shape ready to go.

This is typical Floyd talking out of his ass, just like posting pics of him in an octagon. I doubt he signs on for this without months of buildup to get everyone interested again. They need to hit multiple cities and play up the PAC injury and the Matthysse KO to get people to believe this fight is worth watching. By the time they actually sign it’ll be October. Would be very surprised if it came to be, this year or ever.

People saying they won’t watch this 2nd time acting like it’s not a big fight, this thread already 10 pages. Lol.

Ye right. You know you’re tuning in if these guys were both 50 and having a rematch.

    Ali-Frazier 3 both weren’t prime either, still a hell of a fight.

I'm not interested in this one, but no doubt the media will make a big deal of it, after ignoring far better match-ups like Usyk-Gassiev and Alvarez-Golovkin II.

Floyd's gone from retiring to potentially one of the most active US boxers this year......

If the US seriously wants to continue to promote the sport, instead of killing it, stop putting more nails into the coffin.

You want to use Pacquiao's name? Give him to a guy for the future, not yesterday's man.

    Pacquiao v Spence.

The biggest active legend in the sport v The next big American star.

The first was the biggest sparring match of all time. Where else are they going to make more than some third world economies' GDP for going through the motions?
