    He got away from punishment once again.He is not ranked by WBA, tough to say if they going to include him into ranks once he fights again.He can't be ranked by WBC when he starts fighting again, tough to say how IBF and WBO are going to react to him fighting again, but he can be ranked by the IBO that is for certain.

    Thoughts?

    Just because he is talking about fights doesn't mean he isn't banned, or awaiting a hearing.

    IBO route the WBO maybe, WBA just recently said that he is excluded from their ranks but didn't say he is banned.

    Well WBA hasn't banned him yet and if he says he can fight then he can,if you are banned you can't fight.

    LOL. You believe a word that comes out of his mouth? Besides, you are missing the point. If you are banned/ suspended you can still talk about who you want to fight in the future, and even start the preliminary process of setting something up. After all, Hughie Fury and Tyson Fury were doing so when they were suspended for failing their drug tests.

    Just 2 weeks ago he said he will get in touch with WBA and will ask about his situation and he did.

    Do you have any insight how Hugie is boxing in New Zealand? Could he be allowed to fight there even if he was banned by UKAD?

    If he ever puts himself in a position where there's a fight to be made that is profitable, he'll get a ranking. Most are paid for anyway aren't they?

    Thing is, he's so marginal now, I suspect he will fade into the background where his talent belongs...

    I'm not defending anybody, but the thing is, it seems he was caught in a test done in his off time. He wasn't fighting nobody at that point, had not signed for any fight, so he was not putting anybody in danger but himself. It is very different from when you are oficially in training camp for a signed and sealed fight.

    Browne is certainly buying supplements from regular street shops. That is not athletes nutrition and will get him poisoned and failing every PED test forever, as they are poorly manufacturated and often contaminated.

    Actually, not just Browne, but Ortiz, Dillian White, and many others have been making this mistake.

    Browne needs to be presented to orthomolecular medicine, or bio orthomolecular medicine. That is the best way to get the very best out of your body naturally.

    As for rebuilding his status, he should invest in the WBO, his best shot. The IBO appears to appoint no mandatories.
