I hate to say this but Chuck has a worse jaw than Khan

 

Chuck has been KO'd too many times. He used to have an iron jaw.

 

Damn haters are quick now-a-days hahaha. Yea Chuck can't take any punches anymore.

Agreed and this coming from someone who cleary knows combat sports. Obviously the jackasses and yes thats what you are jackasses wanna **** on a guy for getting KOed a few times in his late 30s ? History has showed time and time agian of guys losing punch resistance as they get older and once you get KOed once which Liddell wasnt until he was 37 for christ sakes you become more susceptible to more KOs. Where was Chuck's glass jaw earlier in his career you know back in his ****ing prime when hes taking clean shots from big punchers like Alistair Overeem, Vitor Belfort, Rampage Jackson (fight 1) and Guy Mezger ?

 

He took consistent bombs off Rampage in their first fight prior to gassing. The guy's chin has completely eroded.

It was a joke but yes he took much better shots when in his prime but I wouldnt consider his chin iron ever.

 

why?..i know chuck had his day..but his chin has gotten pretty bad..though that punch is harder then it looks and seems to catch him right on the tip of his chin..good shot

 

I'm a little confused from that .gif as to which punch did the damage.

The wild rainbow hook didn't even look like it landed - the padding of Franklin's glove may have lightly brushed Liddell's chin but hardly at an angle that could have produced much impact.

The short right hand that followed, however, wasn't even halfway extended - and the flat meaty area between Franklin's knuckles - the general point of impact for a KO punch - didn't even appear to connect solidly with Chuck's chin but rather sailed beneath it, clipping the bottom and landing flush with his throat/pec.

The ground strikes are academic - you could see Chuck was out by the time gravity had run its course. The question is which of the two punches landed hard enough and in the right spot to knock him down (and unconscious)? :huh

OK, looking from that side angle view now, it's definitely the right hand. Still...

 

Oh ill agree there iron it clearly never was. Good chin yes but theres very few iron chins and MMA and Chuck never had one. Chuck is like Randy years back they could take a good shot now as years get on and on a swift breeze could wobble them. As to be expected though they arent spring chickens obviously.
