    It's by choice. The knowledge will always be there, in the form of tapes, video, and precedents. It just has to be studied and practiced.

    Saw the vid and I've seen it before. None the less, great presentation. I wish there were a series of these, breaking down techniques of various boxers in such a well thought out and detailed manner.
