Courtesy of ESB and Boxrec posters -

    Taylor
    Pavlik
    Bute
    RJJ(now)
    Johnson
    Dawson
    Abraham

But, this one was the worst of all, a poster over at Boxrec.com said that
    This content is protected
would beat Calzaghe prime to prime.

    I'm going to bed. Goodnight.:rofl

I think Johnson is just about the biggest lol on there (could anyone's style be more made for Calzaghe), but it's close.

Majority of people on that list don't beat Hopkins.

Some of those names are just ridiculous, but not nearly as bad as what I read a few months ago:

Oscar De La Hoya would have beaten Joe Calzaghe at super middleweight, or at least have made it close.

With most fans, you're only as good as your last performance. Happens in every sport.

RJJ now (probably not) back then would have been a brisk walk in the park for Roy. Pavlik would make Joe work but would lose as would Taylor. Dawson v Joe would be a good fight.

The only two I see there that have a shot is Taylor and pavlik. I'd pick Joe over both.

I forgot about that one until you just brought it up. :patsch

That's got to be my cue to go get some sleep.

In the spirit of goodwill, I'd also like to apologize to any Dawson fan out there for being too harsh on him following the Johnson fight and the following week :good

Joe is by far and away the best fighter from Middle to Light Heavy. None could touch him and over the last year none have.

Styles make fights and Hopkins was the worst possible opponent for Joe with his spoil tactics. He had no interest in pressing forward and was more happy to hold and fight dirty.

Whereas if Calzaghe were to fight Pavlik both men would go press forward which in my opinion favours Joe and there would only be one outcome.

The list is a complete joke.

Abraham....(LOL)...fck even Elcock with his limited stamina made him look **** for several rounds.
