get a trainer your trying to punch to hard and to fast and your too stiff when you punch. slow it down, loosen up and grow into your speed after you get your technique right.. your right hand is terrible, you dont have any technique. Get a trainer, you look like your keen so you will learn alot more and improve quicker with a decent trainer..
A bit better. Your 2-1's are horrible tho, your rushing the right hand to get to the jab, it becomes an arm punch as a result. Suck those elbows in with your guard. Dont always back out straight. Your left hand is too low, hold it vertically not parallel to the ground. You drop either hand as you bring either shot back. Your kind of whipping your punches, your jab goes in a S pattern kinda, imagine your arm is a piston and all it can do is go straight out and back. It is a bit better than Ive seen before. Once you clean up your form you'll look 10x better
Sounds like your on a slippery, sandy surface. Why can't you get a trainer? You got the effort, you need direction though.
its cool if your doing this recreationally but do not compete until you have a trainer or you will get the **** beaten out of you. wait until your in las vegas and then train for a few months. A few pointers if you need something to work on are: keep your hands up and your elbows tight. quit dropping your left hand after you throw a left hand move around for god sake and turn dont just go backwards learn how to pivot off of your front foot and go to the left or right imagine that you are fighting an actual person not just throwing random punches into a camera keep your knees bent and when you throw your 12 throw a full jab not that half assed small jab that you were just trying to set up your right with. extend it all the way and then bring it right back to your face throw combos not just random jabs and 1 2's also dont just practice your bobbing and weaving without working on anything else. mix it in with a few combos. also keep your chin down. and sometimes when you throw your right you stick your chin into the air and drop your left. those hands should be up at all times. also work on punching while going backwards and going forwards and while pivoting off of your foot. not just standing still. when you throw the right hand, keep your weight on your back knee and pivot your foot and twist your hips. dont just throw your body forward. finally you need to twist your hand while throwing those punches. imagine like your swimming and you need to get your hands over the water. you look better than you did with your previous bag videos but you need a hell of a lot of work before you can even think about competing. also for future reference back the camera up so that people can see your feet and actually see you move around. good luck
Right kid im a boxer myself and a coach the bst thing i can tell u is now to forget about throwing shots, what u need now is keeping hands up chin down and more head movement becus if i was boxing you it would b the right hand left hook all the time.So just tink of this and keep up the good work.
Get a trainer you just developing bad habits just concentrate on getting yourself physically fit and stronger . Do skipping , running and anything to help your cardio , Eat well and exercise , just don't start trying to box with out a gym your just going to make it worse for yourself .
I could not agree with this statement more. Work on cardio, strength and your diet for now. Otherwise, not be be an ass, but you looked horrible... I wanna spar you really bad... You cant learn to box by yourself by just posting periodical videos on a boxing forum. It's a bad way to go about it in my opinion.
