Ahhh I see, do you spar alot? That's where most of the conditioning comes in, anyone can run 3 miles, but it's different than going 3 rounds
no you have it the other way around my friend, I sparred plenty but rarely did any running. apparently running is good because it adds oxygen levels to your blood helping you last longer, so I read anyway
Thankfully you posted in the training section before you hit the lounge A lot of hazing goes on over there. The training guys are pretty awesome.
