To be fair Nishijima had a baptism of fire. His comp was some of the best guys in MMA. I mean Mark Hunt for a debut? The guy wasnt even a heavyweight. The problem with Nishijima was he tried to box and bring his boxing style to MMA but that was entirely flawed. He'd get taken down repeatedly and subbed or simply beaten into submission as he was against Hunt.
Nishijima had a hard life as an MMA fighter, but it was fun to watch (except Hunt, that was cruel). Especially Cyborg, one of the most entertaining fighters.
