You honestly have to be joking.

    1. Obviously the guy didn't just start loading hsi gloves for one fight. Don't try to outsmart common sense.

    2. Why would it even MATTER whether he's been cheating for one fight or twenty? It is irrelevant. Fact is, he loaded his gloves and could have killed his opponent in the ring that night, despite his limited ability, with his loaded weapons.

    1. It is NOT minor. What is wrong with you? This is one of the largest and most significant transgressions possible in boxing.

    2. No, he didn't "use" them in the ring on the night of the Mosley fight because he was CAUGHT. Sigh. So pathetic.

it's not an error in judgement and it's certainly not minor. It was a well thought out plan to utilize illegal and dangerous substances to damage his opponent.

    Minor error?

    Minor error? ARE YOU SERIOUS?

Plaster like substance, hard pads in his wraps.

    MINOR?!

I was pretty pissed at Margarito and was one of the many who brandished the guy a cheater, liar, ******* and mother raper all at once.

That said, the guy did his time. He took his punishment and while I'd like to see a longer punishment, He didn't give himself a year. The boxing people did. If he wants to fight again Hey, by all means.

People must not know he refused to fight in Mexico after he was offered $700,000 because he did not want to make a mockery of the ban the States put onhim even though legally he could fight in Mexico.

That shows he learned his lesson and should be given a chance. Besides he was the only WW willing to face everyone. The man fought Cintron twice, Clottey, Cotto, Mosley, and Williams. Almost all back to back.

He is exciting for the WW divisions which has been dying out lately. Check his hands very well. However he got his wins by outlasting his opponents not really destroying them with power shots.

I fully support him never being allowed to fight again, he and his trainer tried to commit assault if not murder and were stopped because of Nazim Richardson alertness. Roger Mayweather, Zab Judah, and Yoel Judah were banned a year for that ring brawl, this is about 1000 times worse because it was premeditated.

I highly doubt that is the reason, why fight in Mexico for $700K and get a lifetime ban slapped down(which would have happened had he done that) or wait the year and come back and make much more money.

Texas will likely grant him a license so that he can be put on the Pac/Clottey card to help sell seats and PPVs. Texas has a pretty big latino population and we know Arum doesn't want Pac/Clottey to flop badly.

His team has mentioned that he has no plans to re-apply to California if Texas gives him a license.
