    Agreed. Ray wouldn't touch that version of Ali. Ali wins every round and busts up Ray's face.

    Honestly, if you give Ali 15 rounds I wouldn't be surprised if he stopped the iron jawed Mercer on accumulation.

    Bonavena had an iron chin and Ali stopped him on accumulation, ran the guy ragged. Even though the likes of Frazier landed their best shot on Bonavena without him ever being affected.

    I'd love to see the one sided punch stats for this fight as Ali would have no trouble finding Mercer what with his Toney like defense and all.....
