Great analysis @CST80 @Serge really enjoyed reading it, where would u put Naoya Inoue like as I feel like he could be right up there near the top of the p4p rankings, could yer try analysing his resume and skill and compare it to lomachenko as that’s harder to split I bet then Crawford and lomachenko

Ring generalship also goes to Lomo imo,ring generalship isn’t about moving up and down the ropes avoiding shots as that’s just reacting,Lomo if you’ve noticed likes to keep his opponents in the centre of the ring,circling em and inflicting damage,Floyd did this against Canelo but overall he played a defensive game as appose to Lomo.
Crawford resume is not a good one so I’m surprised anyone would even try and argue that fact,it will be lost on Crawford fanboys that CST80 said his skill isn’t in doubt which is why he’s considered PFP in the first place which is why as Lomo was the favourite in his next fight against a guy at a new weight.
That said right now after the Linares win it’s only right that Lomo should be considered no 1 and I’m pretty sure Crawford has said as much.

I taken nothing against the guy he's fun and a very good fighter, but he's a 30 year old with 12 fights, and unless they count Rigo's amateur career heavily, he has fought no one who will get into the the hall-of fame without buying a ticket. He has lost a fight, has been dropped lost another scorecard (I did not agree) and is best known for losing a guy who is now 39, and a guy who is now "Cuban-38", and for getting TKO against a guy who mysteriously never threw a punch, and has equally mysteriously, found a way to live on $300,000 (minus taxes in 2 countries) for two years now.

In his "superfight" his opponent is an old man who hadn't fought in 2 years and moved up two weight classes.

Wait.....WHUUT?

To put things in perspective, Tyson Fury, who is in his late 20's is making a comeback against an Albanian cab-driver 80=lbs. lighter. Rigo did it against a top-5 P4Per.

Crawford is undefeated against roughly the same level of competition, has never been down and has been doing it longer without the same hype and fanfare. Nothing against Lomachenko, again, he's just ridiculously overhyped as a pro, although his amateur career was incredible.

In my lifetime I have seen 6 GREAT lightweights:

Duran
Whitaker
Mayweather
De La Hoya
Mosley

I think Chenko has a chance against Whitaker, although I would pick Pernell. He fight quite well against other hall-of-famers, Trinidad, ODLH, and Chavez IN THEIR PRIMES. The other four steamroll a soft-punching 5-6 guy. Sorry, just the way it is.
VERY GOOD lightweights:

Tsuzu
Nelson
Jose Luis Ramirez
Buddy McGirt
Meldrick Taylor

I would take Chenko to beat all but Tsuzu and maybe Taylor but not with enough confidence to bet money. Ironically McGirt is the guy Linares reminds me of. Good fighter, but he never had a chance against Taylor or Whitaker, to give you an idea of the level of talent.

Golovkin as one "draw" (as opposed to Chenko's loss, I had Canelo winning easily) but the record is what it is, and his last two opponents are a darn-spell better than anyone on Chenko's record. Canelo's one loss is against a sure-thing first ballot hall of famer, and has a "draw" against another one...at 27, so why isn't he #1?

And for the third time, I am not a "hater" of anyone or particularly a fan of Crawford, although I like watching both. Crawford has just had a slightly better career but historically, neither has been all that unique. I don't particularly get excited about a guy who has lost to a tough-solid fighter with 14 losses and who's best opponent has now been knocked out 4 times.
