I don't know the full details, but the story kind of reads like he might have been having consensual sex with a not quite legal teenage girl. Not condoning it, but its certainly not as bad as if he was sexually abusing some small child. "Unlawful Sexual Penetration in the Second Degree" I usually seen used as sex with a girl under the state's sexual consent limit.

But if he was indeed abusing a small child, to hell with the ****er.
