how many people have ypu know that get accused and are acquitted in child molestation cases?

 

He denies the allegations, and is innocent until proven guilty. The fact he handed himself in doesn't neccesarily make him guilty - it'd look much worse for him if he went on the run.

I'm not saying he's innocent either. I won't form an opinion until more details are made available or leaked to the press.
