This is why the whole blood testing thing has never been a true issue in the whole Pac - Floyd thing.

The fact is, Mayweather and Pacquiao are two of the highest earning athletes in the world, if either was doping they would be on something that does not show up in tests. There is a multimillion dollar industry based on producing these drugs, and the creators are always one step ahead of the testers.

That's why I just don't understand why Floyd would bring OSDT up in the first place, because they know that athletes use undetectable drugs - and I don't see why Pac would refuse and negotiate the issues for so long, when him and his team would know he'd pass the tests.

The only conclusion, which is the one that most people have suspected for a long time is that neither wants to fight the other at this stage in their careers.
