Graham boxed for a while at light middle , winning the European title .If he'd being at that weight ,in the early 90s , how's he fare against Terry Norris ?
Tough one to call .both skillful with decent power norris is faster I think .both taken out by Jackson with sucker punches when winning the fight.Would be a good fight Norris I think on points his aggression being the key.
Norris was "winning" against Jackson for all of a round n a half. Jackson would have wrecked Norris' overrated ass 100/100 times.
Norris had the edge in quality, but might struggle to come to terms with The Bomber's quirky style. With a gun to my head I see Norris eventually getting on top late after a very even and perhaps dull first half of the fight. Norris by Unanimous decision (8-4ish), he may even stop Graham in the championship rounds if it were a 15 rounder.
I’m not sure, very good match up. I’ll need to consult some expert pundits for some input. Edit- I just consulted Redrooster....he said Graham was a poor mans Leonard who Norris thrashed at his peak so Terry in 1.
You want to know who Bomber s worst enemy was ? His own mind , that's who .He was wracked with self doubt s , but he had bags of talent . Came so close to beating Kalambay and wasn't far off with McCallum either imo . One of the best fighter never to win a belt .
Yeah? I thought all that mental stuff he suffered was after his career ended cos he couldn’t cope without boxing?
I’ll was being facetious using our resident Norris worshipper and Leonard haters name in vain. It’s the sort of stuff he would say though lol
