Who wins? I think Graham would have clearly outboxed Watson.

well i think watson would have figured out grahams style much like he did to benn and expose his weaknesses and stop him around the 9th

I'm sure you posted this last month. Anyway, Graham was the far slicker better smoother boxer. Look at how they performed against McCallum, Graham arguably won while Watson was dominated.

Graham is probably the best MW of this period while being the least celebrated

Except Graham is a far better boxer than Benn. Graham UD.

Look at how both did against McCallum....

Watson in his prime was outclassed; Graham arguably past his best, got the wrong end of a close decision....

    Graham TKO14

im using benn as an example not style wise but how he found his weaknesses and exploited them

Watson was the favourite because he was being grossly overestimated after beating the hyped Benn.In retrospect the only world class fighters he had fought were Benn and a shot Don Lee on an early cuts stoppage.

Add in he was out for a year injured before the McCallum fight and you've got a guy who should have been a solid underdog against a vastly more experienced, proven opponent.

i'm not too sure i'd agree with those picking Graham on the sole basis comparison with the mcCallum fight.Graham was a lot more experienced at the time and the styles would be a bit different here.Still, i expect he would win by a few points.

Yeah I gotta say I dont think comparing how they went against Mike is the best way to gauge this one...Different styles and other intangibles I think means you cant really base to much off those fights.

That being said Id go with a peak Graham...I always rated Watson but I think Herol is all wrong for him and is just overall a bit better.

Watson on account of being the harder, better, bigger, braver, man . There is a reason for Herol never facing the Holy Trilogy and it begins with H!

Heart - as in they didnt have the heart and balls to face him and ran from him like the plague?

  12. A lot of people think Graham is some sort of ***** because he got cleanly laid out by JJ, but the was a pretty swish fighter, i'd say p4p one of the 20 best fighters never to win a world title. i reckon he could take Watson on a UD.

I disagree. I think everyone knows Graham was winning by a mile against Jackson, got too cocky and got laid out by a flush shot from one of p4p all time hardest hitters.
