If this takes place I think its far too drastic a step up for Jose Benavidez at this early stage in his career he's only 22, I was planning one of my threads for Benavidez soon, we'll get to see how real he really is real soon. Herrera is hard for seasoned pros to look good against and has maybe the best chin at LWW so Jose might be screwed.

Korobov-Andy Lee should be quite interesting as well. Korobov and Lee will definitely check each others chins.
This is shaping up to be a stacked card for the end of the year.

Top Rank is stacking up the Bradley-Chaves HBO fight card since Showtime is going head-to-head on that December 13 date with the Andrade-Charlo fight at Mandalay Bay.

Shades of Chavez Jr-Martinez HBO fight in head-to-head showdown with the Canelo-Lopez Showtime fight.

    Been waiting on this.
As far as the fight goes, Benavidez is tall and long and if he knows how to work his own jab, i think he wins. Seems to have decent power, too.

Every fight has a clear favorite but the underdogs are all live and it they should be exciting fights. Really good looking card.

Yup. HBO trumps Showtime on this showdown. Let's see if Sho can up their undercard fights.

Well this could be HBO/Top Rank/GBP vs. Showtime/Haymon.

Most of the boxers with Top Rank (Bradley, Chavez, Korobov, Benavidez) and Herrera with GBP.

Great fight to be made! Benavidez is a very talented fighter and should get the stoppage here hes huge at the weight and has a great left hand!

    Great looking card.

3 nice fights that all have a favourite vs a live underdog which always makes for entertaining fights.

  13. I’m very intrigued as to how Benavidez will look as I know he has had hand issues which have affected him the last few years, but may finally be healthy. However, this is a real test and step up for him and an opportunity to shine against a top light welterweight.

I like this card from top to bottom along with Top Rank and Golden Boy working together.

Let’s see what Showtime has that same night at the Mandalay Bay. As far as I’m aware, Boo Boo will be fighting one of the Charlo twins.

Frankie Gomez already surpassed him, but jose can take the spotlight back if he wins this fight.
