    This guy is arguably the lineal champ of the division but I was checking some rankings for him. No where to be found on the Ring. #8 by boxrec

    Outside of that fight, what has he done?
    A win against Provo a few years ago?

    Well Judah clearly shouldnt be there...

    Ive no idea how you could make an argument for him being there.

    Hes hasnt won a fight in 2 and a half years
