    Maybe Frampton rematches Warrington instead?

It's being pushed back until the end of March due to a ligament injury in Frampton's hand.

Frampton speaks about it here. Say's he could've pushed through with the end of Feb fight date although it wouldn't be ideal but all parties agreed to pushing it back by a few weeks.

Classic FW. At least with no tickets sold there’s no fans left out of pocket.

Rumoured that the fight will be in Dubai.

Fair play to Kinahan for putting the money up for this. He is all about the fans.

not a good look for Frank. Looks like he can’t find the cash to stage the show and Kinehans had to get everyone out of trouble be finding some Dubai MTK miracle money to put the show on.

this is the reason boxers kiss kinehans ass. Because if the likes of Warren can’t afford to put on shows and he’s having to fork out money for their purses it no wonder why they love him so much

also explains the rumours Usyk vs Joyce is going to purse bids

That and the fact he charges no fee and pays in wads of used banknotes.

Might be a genuine injury but at same time Frampton's first coach, who trained him from when he was 7 through the amateurs died the other day. Frampton has previously admitted he was the person he looked up to most in the world, even more than his parents.

With that and training away in Manchester I wonder if his heads not in it and his team have decided he needs a couple of weeks back home with the family.

No seriously, horse racing tends to be an outdoor sport. Check it out.

If this is true it's a mad PR coup by Daniel Kinahan. It'll send lots of people into meltdown!
Coming on Top of the news the Kinahans are to get a fortune in confiscated assets returned by the Spanish. So no shortage of funds.

At least the boxers won't have to worry about getting paid, eh?

I am aware horses race outside. Was more saying it is still relevant. Racing had one day at Doncaster that was a trial and that was about it.

Virus transmission is an indoor sport. Virus transmission outdoors is negligible. That’s s why it’s so ridiculous to see people wearing masks outdoors.

The government were allowing indoor theatre gigs with 2000 people, at the same time as limiting football and other outdoor sports at 2,000.

Also - allowing crowds to attend Motorsport events, but not allowing them to attend British Touring Cars or British Superbikes at the exact same tracks because they were professional sports.

Thinking any changes the government announce next week will be logical is ambitious at best
