By no stretch am I a haye fan but...There are not enough big fights in the division. I think Vitali runs all over him. But who in the division does he not run over?...Bottom line: It would be a major heavyweight fight. I'd watch it

 

Bottom line, Haye stunk the joint out and did boxing no favors. If you want to be paid as a pro fighter then come to fight. Not collect a paycheck. I hope he doesn't get another one. He has been collecting welfare long enough.

 

And so did Wlad, as he has done in pretty much all of his fights since getting all defensive and not 'letting them go'.

To imply Wlad played no part in it not being a classic is just ludicrous, when most of his fights pan out in a similar manner. Vitali is a totally different type of fighter, one who brings a fight.

Haye's bull**** talk is alkin to Mayweather saying he's going to KO his next opponent. We all know that's just talk and totall bull****.

Gaye shouldnt get more than 35 %, if he doesnt like it- **** him, haye needs vitali, vitali doesnt need haye. David no longer has that "sauerland's present" so it will be hard to fill out arena with fans- trying to convince them brits that david is a real world champ.

 

I know you wrote IF, but I should say that Haye is about 7th in terms of who's who and who's beaten who.

I get what you're saying man. But Haye TALKED himself into the Vlad fight. The ONLY way he will land another is by pissing Vitali off...I know he's annoying. But class and sportmanship are not the most common traits in boxing. For example, I'm a Kevin Johnson fan. He is the most annoying fighter out there, probably more so than Haye. But his talent is irrefutable. And yes, I remember the Vitali fight. I don't hold it against him. A Klitscho is a tall order for any fighter and Kevin got overwhelmed, just like David, Solis, and most of the guys who get in the ring with them these days.

 

If there is anyone on this forum who wants to talk about boxing and not about Vitali being a quitter, Vlad being a robot, David being gay, Solis is a fraud, and so forth, please comment on my Johnson, Haye, Arreola thread.

We all know it's rubbish, but we also all know in the back of our minds that Haye does have a decent bit of speed and power. In boxing, nothing is for certain.:yep
