    I took it to mean that he would be surprised by everyone except for VK (i.e. he wouldn't be surprised to hear VK had used PEDs)

    I'd be surprised by that too. I'd be really surprised to hear he'd been kicked out of the Olympics for it.

    Im surprised people think there are boxers at the top who dont use peds. Not trying to hate on boxing or its fans, just calling it like i see it.

    A fighter who fights at his natural weight and doesn't bulk up or drain alot seems like a good candidate to be free of steroids and alot of other drugs, but I couldn't guess the % of boxers who use peds to increase their aerobic capacities.
