Seriously who was thinking of Rocky 4 after the Garcia/Matthyse fight? It played out exactly the same way. Like Rocky, Garcia was the champion from Philadelphia, he was the underdog even though he was champion. Matthyse like Drago was from a foreign country and can't speak english, was hyped up because of his power, and people thought he would steamroll Garcia like nothing. Then the fight happens and Drago/Matthyse can't put Rocky/Garcia down even tough he's throwing everything at Garcia. All of sudden Drago/Matthyse eye gets busted and Garcia/Rocky takes control of the fight and drops Drago/Matthysse winning the fight.
Very Close fight but with Matthysses eye being completely shut by the 7th round makes me want to it see again I honestly think Matthysse can beat him clearly
Hes still a machine. He took crazy punishment and fouls and barely flinched. Really, the toughness, chin and bearing from both fighters in the face of so much pain is almost unhuman. I love it.
I saw Lucas hurt a few times in all honesty. Not wobbled, but he was hurt. Hes just a complete badass and hid it very well. damnit, im still pissed he lost
