All of the BS baggage that Pac brings along with him now isn't worth it is it?

You made Pac what is he is today. Once you leave, he will be torn to shreds by all the parasites who are trying to gets their hands on his wallet.

You can't protect Manny forever, take care of yourself.

Pac won't be fighting much longer and with the potential Mayweather showdown looming near, a fight that Roach is salivating for, I highly doubt that he would choose to walk away now even if the stress level has recently intensified.

I wouldn't blame him if he did. I suspect he wouldn't though, and will ride out the final few fights. He worries about Pac not keeping his money. He wants him to get the most while he can. Nothing wrong with that.

He's got some good fighters lined up after Pac retires. I can't imagine him slowing down. That's what keeps him going.

Yup, he has Amir khan, Rigondeaux, there'll probably bra few more up and comers who'd join his gym after Pac retires since he'll have a lot more free time to give all his other fighters once Pac's out.

He cares too much about Pac to abandon him. I hope Pac realizes all the wonders that Roach has done for him and makes it easier on him in the future.

    Freddie's an honorary Filipino already.

People back in the Philippines know and love him and respect him, and they all call him "coach".

He won't leave Manny just because of some bloodsucking Canadian leech.

LOL I don't think he would either.

Freddie joked about moving to the Phillipines I think. Said how good is was being there with how people reacted to him. Maybe he will!

I feel the OP. Freddie is one tough SOB, remember when Rourke revelaed he had to pull a Walk of Canossa so Freddie would have him back? Boxers need respect for their trainer, and if you don't respect Freddie, your ass is fired and he's not gonna have a bad night's sleep. Pac really went over the edge with his demands recently, and the only thing saved his ass not being fired is the love and special bond between them, any other fighter would be looking for a new trainer by now. Freddie is tough.

I don't know what you are up to . . man.

But Freddie Roach won't be the Freddie Roach of today without Manny . . . in stature and in riches.

They are mutually reaping the succes of their partnership. :deal
