Everything now days is corrupt, even if they find any evidence that he did cheat in the Cotto fight they won't say anything. Right now Bob Arum must be trying to bail his fighter out, remember he already announced that the Cotto rematch is still on. Bottom line its all about the money....that is probably why it is taking so
